Rather than a website set up by sharp-suited venture capitalists, with a million pound bank loan, looking to make a tidy profit from their latest money-making operation, we have set up LovefromMe, as a couple, with presents which we, ourselves, would like to give or receive.  

In addition, unlike many online retailers who state in their terms & conditions that any problems must be sorted out with the retailer who you actually placed the order with, we take the opposite view: in the unlikely event that you have any problems at all (no matter how minor) with any of our selected suppliers, .   These are businesses who we, essentially, are acting as agents for.   If our customers are unhappy with any one of them, so are we.   Too many problems and we will stop listing that business.   We simply won't tolerate under-performance from our suppliers.

All of our suppliers have return policies, which you should follow if you are unhappy with your purchase.  In the unlikely event that you need to return an item and have any problems with that supplier, immediately and we will chase them up on your behalf.
